Hi, my name is Katalin, I am a fully qualified, experienced & licensed health & fitness coach with a specialty in weight loss and pre and postnatal exercise..
I have always had a passion for fitness, however after experiencing my own personal fears surrounding exercise whilst pregnant with my daughter and the difficulties in finding a qualified and trusted coach to support me during this time I felt inspired to pursue a career in this area to enable me to support other women experiencing the same.

I have been helping women and mums to reach their health and fitness goals and boost their self-confidence since 2013.
I've got excellent feed back from pregnant mothers who have found that exercising during poignancy helped them to have a better birth experience.
Postpartum mothers also achieved amazing results to speed up their recovery, strengthening their core muscles and have a stronger bond with their baby.
